Rimonim Hotels chain is a veteran hotels chain, which exists ever since the establishment of the state. The chain has 3 hotels all over Israel and constantly continues to grow as a part of its aspiration to give its clients the best holiday experience.

Online Reservations

Are the deals shown on the website also available in reservation center?
No, they are not. The site deals are only available on-line. The deals are being updated on each hotel separately

How do I make a reservation on-line?
You can check the prices and make reservations on-line at any time to all of the hotels in the chain. The reservation is accepted in the hotel's system and is authorized immediately by an e-mail to your mail box. You should print this confirmation and bring it with you to the hotel.

Where can I read about the hotel I will stay at?
You can read about all of the hotels on their mini sites, on which there is a full description along with photos. You can also read about the check-in and check-out times and about the different facilities the hotel offers.

Why don't I get any results while searching for specific dates?
You won't get any results when the hotel is in full capacity or when there are a minimum nights' limitation. In these cases, you should search other dates.

I'm having trouble with an invitation I'm making on-line. What should I do?
You can contact the Internet Department by phone 972-3-6754558, by "Contact Us" form or by mail info@rimonim.com.

I'm giving my credit card number on-line. Is the website secure?
Of course. While making the reservation on-line you will see the security stamp of VeriSign. All of the information given on-line is secured and isn't being transferred to any outsider authority.

Where and when do I pay for the order I made on-line?
The credit card that has been given on the website is for security purpose only and is designed for cancellation or non-show occurrences only. The payment for the order is done only when checking in by credit card or cash.

I have ordered for someone else and I want to pay for it. How can I do that?
You can pay for someone else's order by filling out a "Power of Attorney" form, to which you need to add a copy of your ID and credit card with both sides. You need to fax it back signed by hand to 972-3-7602040.

On which hours the reservation center is open?
Sunday-Thursday: 08:00-19:00
Friday: 08:00-14:00

Which age is considered to be a baby and which to a child?
In Rimonim Hotels Chain a baby needs to be 0-2 years old and a child 2-12 years old. From 12 years old and up one is considered to be an adult.

What is a Half Board base and what is Full Board base?
A Half Board base accommodation includes lodging, breakfast and dinner.
A Full Board base accommodation includes lodging, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Rimonim Chain's Policy

Until when can I cancel an order I made?
In a regular season:
1. 3 days prior arrival- no fees.
2. Less then 3 days from arrival or non-show: one will be charged for a one night stay.

In July, August, Holidays:
1. 7 days prior arrival- no fees.
2. Less then 7 days from arrival or non-show: one will be charged for a one night stay.

How can I cancel my reservation?
In a case of cancellation, you can go to our website to "Personal Folder". Just enter your e-mail and password, which you got in the confirmation letter to your mail box and press the "Cancel" button.

How much does the Wi Fi internet costs?
The Wi Fi internet in our hotels costs 34 NIS a day and 8.5 NIS for 2 hours, not including VAT.
